History of the product
Have a coffee on your small balcony: admit that the idea is tempting but sometimes dangerous. To counter this, our Spanish team, tired of seeing their coffee cups spread on the floor of their corridor, thought of a clever and fun project: the coffee bar !
Available in multiple colors and models, this lacquered metal structure is very robust. Its horizontal part is covered with a pretty decoration sometimes geometrical way, sometimes azulejos. A nice combination of old and new and a bold project extremely practical! The decorated part is composed of hydraulic tiles, techniques allowing the realization of cement tiles with the aid of a press, without cooking.
The designer
It was in 2012 that the Italian designer Francesco Monaco, quickly joined by the Creator Alejandro Tamayo decided to embark on the adventure of Nimio, a design studio for the interior tart and fun. Located in Madrid, they think, imagine and create their ever more innovative projects in the heart of the Spanish capital.
They refuse the name "studio" to which they prefer rather that of laboratory. For them, the object must above all be thought, in all its components, before being realized. Colors, forms, utility and environmental impact: they practice creation before giving birth to their experience. Offering a range for the whole family, they also specialized in small pieces of furniture that we feast !
