History of the product

Lithuanian designers make us dream with this new generation seat. The combination of wood, Danish fabric from Kvadrat and a leather martingale for perfect elegance and seating !

A seat to use in the living room or in the bedroom ... Warm colors and high quality materials combined with FSC certified wood. We immediately melted for these seats! And the seat ... A real mattress !

The designer

The EMKO studio is primarily a women's business. Erika Markovska launches a crazy idea in 2009. What idea? Federating Lithuanian designers and designers in the same studio, most of them young, to offer a series of quality products, thus renewing their know-how in the Baltic countries. By setting up its workshop in Vilnius, halfway between Western Europe, the Scandinavian countries and Russia, this startup quickly became the hub of design creation.

Joined by a young student completing her training with an office project, Inesa, the EMKO studio is awarded numerous awards, including the latest, the prestigious Red Dot in 2014. The secret of success? High-quality production, local materials, unmatched know-how and ever more fun ideas for a unique and iconic design. This duo of shock develops today in the whole world with achievements ever more demanding. A beautiful story of entrepreneur and artisans!
