History of the product

Robust materials such as solid beech, a comfortable seat provided by the softness of natural caning and the pleasant touch of the fabrics used, and an inimitable line: it is a real revival that we prepared the French team of Red. A base in black steel, brass effect, just bring the touch that we love so much. More than just a design armchair, a concentrate of style !

Cannage fan ? This design armchair is for you. A unique structure in lacquered solid beech, an exceptional style, chic and vintage, and robustness to any test. An original idea imagined in France.

The designer

The RED EDITIONS studio is above all a story of style. The founder of the Scandinavian trend of the 50s and 60s, Cyril Laborde, wished, before all the others, to bring to the taste of the day a vintage and chic spirit that slumbered. It was almost ten years ago. After having joined the services of renowned designers like the British David Hodkinson, it is natural that he embarked on the production of seats, furniture and decorative objects from their sources in a movement since confirmed.

With quality partnerships, constantly looking for new responsible manufacturing workshops, he has traveled the world in search of the best craftsmen. Italy for the quality of the wood and the mastery of the assembly, Vietnam for the unequaled ability of lacquering or India for the purest marbles. A real favorite for this bold and elegant French brand.
