Liv Ann van der Laan is Dutch. After studying graphic design at the Italian School of Art and then at the Beaux-Arts in Amsterdam, she decided to start her own studio. Passionate about portraiture, she develops a range of drawings with a vintage aesthetic that will identify her at first glance.

Like Japanese prints, she lets herself go from a simple stroke of pencil or brush to silhouettes fine and full of emotions. A pleasant reverie envelops his work sometimes punctuated by innovative techniques such as coal or Indian ink.
