Francesco Faccin

Milan, Italy

Francesco Faccin was born in Milan in 1977. In 2003, after finishing his studies in industrial design in his hometown, he joined the design studio Enzo Mari while pursuing his private commissions as an independent designer (Tod's, Segis, DAE). At the same time, he collaborated with luthier and modeller Francesco Rivolta.


In 2010, he joined the SaloneSatellite of Milan for the second time and won the Design Report Award 2010. That same year he became a professor at NABA University where he has a course called "Projects not Objects". In 2013, he was invited, as Affiliated Fellow, to spend four months at the prestigious American Academy in Rome, doing research on the productive fabric and craftsmanship of the historic center of Rome. Her work has been published in major magazines such as Intramuros, Wall Paper, Monocle, Elle Deco ...
